Online reservations for classes can be made up to two hours before the class starts. Alternatively, you have the option to call or walk-in. However, we cannot guarantee availability for walk-in participants, so we strongly recommend booking group classes online to secure your spot. Please regularly check the online class schedule in your account for any potential time or instructor changes, as these can occur occasionally.  Our classes maintain a small size, with a maximum of 4 participants, ensuring that everyone receives ample one-on-one attention. Unless specified otherwise, all classes have a duration of 55 minutes. Clients are limited to booking classes up to seven days in advance.

All class reservations and appointments are based on availability.  Instructors, times and classes are subject to change without notice and no guarantees are made as to the availability of any instructor.

To receive a full refund, we kindly request that you cancel your classes & appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire.  Opting for close-fitting clothing is advisable, as it enables your instructor to provide necessary corrections.  During your workout, it is recommended to go barefoot or wear toe socks, as no shoes are permitted.

Flow Plus Pilates requires that payment be made at time of service.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, check or cash.  To reserve your first scheduled session, a credit card is required.

Occasionally Flow Plus Pilates offers discounts for a limited period of time.  These are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other offers.

Purchased packages will be valid for one year from the date of purchase, and they cannot be redeemed after this expiration date. We do not provide extensions for expired packages.

If you are coming off a severe injury or accident, you must have a consent form from your health care professional before participating in any of our
services.
