One-on-one training provides hands-on instruction on various equipment based on your workout goals and level. Privates are recommended for beginners, anyone with an injury and for those looking for an intensive, personalized experience. Scheduled by appointment only.
Two-on-one training will be tailored so the individual needs and goals of both clients are achieved. Semi-privates help defray cost and are most beneficial when paired with someone at a similar experience level. Workout with a friend or make a new one.

Our maximum class size is 4 people for optimal, personalized attention. All classes are booked on-line via Mindbody. You will need to create a Mindbody account prior to registering for a class.
