This one-on-one training session provides hands on, individual training. Sessions will utilize all Pilates equipment, per your workout needs and level. Private sessions are recommended for beginners, anyone with an injury, and for those looking for an intensive, personalized experience.
These sessions are tailored to meet both individual’s needs. All equipment will be used to give both of you a workout based on each of your workout goals. This can be a fun way to share the cost and work out with someone that is at a similar fitness level.
This class is good for ALL fitness levels and utilizes small equipment aids to give you a very well rounded workout class. Mats, bands, magic circles, BOSU, foam rollers, and small hand weights are provided.

Group Equipment Class
Experience the Reformer machine and the EXO Chair in a small group setting (3 or 4 people at most). Reformer work is designed to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and stability using the resistance and assistance of the springs and straps. Exo Chairs offer a fun cardio, aerobic workout while still challenging your strength and balance.
